Unplugged in late 2021 (No More Mr. Nice Guy, followed by Rollo, then several other sources). Have been working on game, lifting, and related efforts ever since. And I write about them. It's in my nature to write to learn. I've had some success but I have a lot of room for improvement.

What do I want:

• the strongest frame I can create,
• to write about this adventure,
• the best body I can create,
• a dynamic social life,
• to strengthen my frame by submitting my content to to the harsh judgment of others.

I've been posting on Substack for awhile. Will try to post here too. I don't write from authority. If I speak with authority, it's a habit of my writing. I'm trying to learn.
