I’m not gonna shit where I eat but I’m trying to understand this.
I started a new job. And I’ve met some of my co workers, which mostly are women. One asked for my number but I’m trying to maintain a professional environment. We have a group which we usually work with and I’m the only guy.
There’s another girl who seemed interested, she did some IOIs but like I said I’m not gonna go for it cuz it’s work. She then makes a group chat and her first messages were a pic of all of us and talking about me only. Then slides in my DMs and asks when we work together.
The next day our shifts overlap by 30 minutes and she comes early and ignores me. Has that ever happened to someone that a girl is interested and then ignores the next day. And I didn’t even flirt with her or nothing I just want to know why girls do this?

@slutmagazine I’m not trying to do anything with her. We work together and she knows the owners for years. I’m trying to actively friend zone her

@redpillschool I love the way you think lol. I was thinking of two ways to handle this. 1) use her as an orbiter and build preselection, 2) distance myself and make it clear that I’m just being friendly. The only problem with #2 is that I’m not sure how to do that. Any advice?

Co worker asked for my number but I’m not trying to shit where I eat. What do I do?
Just started a job and we are training. I didn’t know anyone so I tried talking to her as she’s in my area of training. She first asked for socials and I said I don’t have them(lied). She then asked for my number and I couldn’t say I don’t have one. The problem is that she’s friends with the owners . I could tell she’s really into me. Never left my side, always wants to pair up with me, only talks to me, always looks across to see where I am, she also sometimes stares at me and I can tell from my peripheral vision. What do I do?
