@redpillschool Dope photo my brother. Will and Representation ftw.
@carnold03 Salute. The one thing I haven't yet succeeded at is quitting smoking, but I'm getting there. Weed, porn, alcohol, all gone. I ate a pot gummy yesterday in celebration, and really have no desire to go back to being a spaced out pothead. I'm working on a data-heavy tracked plan to quit the nicotine sticks. Salute.
Hey brethren.
1) Porn and whacking off. I quit this for months and felt great, but recently relapsed. So I'm kicking it off now.
2) Weed. Had to quit to get a new job, even though it's legal in my state. I smoke way too much. Like an oz in about a month. Figured living sober is better overall. Also, alcohol, though I don't drink much anyway.
3) Smoking cigarettes. This is the tough one. I'm 33 years old and it's starting to have a noticeable affect - coughing and phlegm when I wake up, and shittier workouts. I'll have it gone by the end of the month.
Adding: 1) This is tough for me. I'm already religious about my workouts and cold showers. I cook at home every night. I've been in the house since the pandemic started, and I practice guitar to a degree that I might have to treat it as an addiction, rather than as a commitment. I'm going to start reading more often and practicing writing. Specifically, keep a journal to track my progress and actual fuck-ups, instead of being a lameass and resting on my laurels.
