Bringing the hammer.

The political world and the religious/spiritual world have become almost indistinguishable from one another, which is not really that surprising when you consider the stakes. However, when unscrupulous people in politics or religion use this overlap for their own gain or the advancement of a bad agenda, much can go wrong.

Perhaps one of the most obvious areas of concern involves the ongoing question of illegal immigration and the role of the U.S. bishops in pushing a globalist agenda — thinly disguised as something religious.

The operation needs to be shut down — permanently.

One thing the Marxist crowd is really good at is inventing new vocabulary. It doesn't matter what it is — "reproductive health," "affordable care," "love wins," "undocumented immigrants" — they've got a million of them.

But there is always a very singular aspect to their word crafting. Each and every word they use for these titles is always, by itself, a lie. But when they jam them together, they sound all nice and everything.

For example, "reproductive health" is not about reproduction and certainly not about health. "Affordable care" is not about affording it, nor is it about care. "Love wins" has nothing to do with love and is certainly not a win, by any measure. And "undocumented immigrants" isn't about not having documents — and they are not "immigrants."

These should actually be called, "fetal dismemberment," "heavily taxed treatment," "lust prevails" and "border usurpers." But who would stand up and cheer for any of those?

And, taking a page out of the Saul Alinsky playbook, Marxists in the Church are just as clever with their word games. "Social justice," for example — it's neither social nor just. And when it comes to Catholic Charities, it isn't Catholic and it's certainly not charitable. But hey, since most bishops in the United States today are all thrown in with the Marxist ideology, what the heck, right?

Real-world victims.

The blunders by phony-Catholic Biden may be a source of laughter and derision in the United States, as well as capitals all over the world, but we can never forget the actual real-world victims of his tyranny.

In addition to millions of preborn children, supporters of the United States in Afghanistan were left all alone after risking their lives to help our servicemen stationed there. One of those supporters, who had to get out in the final days before the fall of Kabul, was here in our studios recently. Because he still has family in Afghanistan, we are not using his real name, employing "Reggie" instead.

Church Militant's Trey Blanton, a former captain in the U.S. Army — thank you for your service, Trey — spent a number of years in that theater and knew Reggie's brother.

So as we move into the year of the peasant, the year of the counter-insurrection to the Marxist insurrection (the theft of election 2020), it's time to mobilize.

No counterrevolution, no counter-insurrection, can be won sitting on your duffs behind a keyboard. It's time to not take to social media and all that. It's time to hit the streets, to physically pound the pavement and the halls of power — just like the Marxists did for the past 50 years.

So here's a great place to start (and with a very important issue, and one Catholics should deeply care about): Border security and its link to election integrity.

Part of the Marxist plan to destroy America is to so weaken the borders that huge numbers of illegals simply flood in. Check. Then, once here, to establish them as operational citizens, giving them all the rights of citizenhood (just missing the actual piece of paper). Check.

One of those rights is, obviously, voting. And as we see in New York City (for example), the Marxists who run that hellhole are now giving 800,000 illegals the right to vote. It doesn't matter where you are: 800,000 voters suddenly added to the rolls is a major force, even in a city the size of New York.

These illegals are beholden to their Marxist overlords. They get on the government dole, which is nothing other than redistributing your wealth to them. They are housed, fed, and transported across the country, again with government dollars (your dollars), tens of millions, reaching into the hundreds of millions, being funneled through Catholic Charities (who pretend destroying America is some kind of biblical imperative, that illegal immigrants have the same rights in a country that actual citizens have).

Don't mess with the leprechaun.

With college football season about to start and with all the brain-dead, woke individuals walking around in their zombie mode, it was only a matter of time until one among them noticed the "ethnic" reference to the Irish in the mascot and sports team of the "Fighting Irish" at Notre Dame.

For the record, Notre Dame itself did a little "polishing" of its own name a number of years back. We graduates from back in the day recall it used to be the "Fightin' Irish," not the more sedate "Fighting Irish."

The quasi-slang word "fightin'" was meant to convey a kind of street-brawling, somewhat-uneducated commoner. "Fighting" is a little more refined. "Domers," as Notre Dame students and alumni are called, can now associate with the more refined, having dialed back on the lower-class moniker of "Fightin'" by adding the "g" to the end of it. But that's just a little history to show that even Notre Dame, when convenient, will add to its own history in order to subtract from its own lore.

However, when the zombies came after the name and the leprechaun (the Notre Dame mascot) a couple of weeks ago, Notre Dame fired back, telling the zombies to, as the Irish say, kiss off.

You have to first destroy, to build.

This past weekend, Church Militant was at Cleveland Right to Life's "Bring America Back to Life" event, where we were once again honored to be presenting. One thing interesting about Church Militant coming to these events is the flood of comments we get from hundreds of people about our usual day-to-day work.

In the beating heart of the pro-life movement is a vibrant Catholicism — steeped in the faith, belief and truth that every man and woman is made in the image of likeness of God (and therefore possess a certain dignity). It's truly a blessing to attend these types of events with other men of goodwill and to speak directly with people who follow us and greatly support our work.

We also get to speak to a pretty amazing number of clergymen as well. Their comments are just as supportive, and, in many cases, even more so because, while many laymen get the reality of the nightmarish condition of the Church at present, the clergy — who are good men and faithful priests — understand it from the inside. So while they may be more private in their praise and support of our work, they are also in some ways, more effusive.

One of the things we hear from them is how a good number of bishops and establishment types absolutely detest us. "Hate your guts" is one phrase that comes up with some regularity. Oh well. While we don't harbor the same feelings or thoughts for them, we do detest their works of darkness, of which there are many.

It seems, however, that in the past few months, perhaps a little longer, in addition to being labeled as "demonic," and "doing the work of the Devil," the memo seems to have been circulated among many prelates that Church Militant should be spoken of in terms of "destroying the Church."
