@bloodexorcist A good example of this is paying tribute to the system in the form of CEU credits for professional fields. In order to maintain your professional license - which you had to pass an exam and accrue a number of years experience - you must continue to pay for courses that accrue credits that are traded in for annual recertification. You're schooled for life.

@bloodexorcist Could you give an example of true education vs modern education? I'm assuming by modern education you are referring to university degrees, self-help gurus, and whatever the mainstream media tells you is a worthy skill or trade to take on?

@bloodexorcist so how should one break out of a permanent infantile state? Isn't education or continuous learning a worthy pursuit?

@-Thiudareiks-

In the words of Evola,

I have already indicated that the key to it is given by a passive experience of transcendence and its activation. The cutting of all bonds, the intolerance of all limits, the pure and incoercible impulse to overcome without any determined goal, to always move beyond any given state, exeprience, or idea, and naturally and even more beyond any human attachment to a given person, fearing neither contradictions nor destructions, thus pure movement

@LeashedDoggie Since improving is a neverending process and improved a single destination, is what you're saying that one should value the process over the destination? Rather action over stagnation? Or as Attalus says, 'in the same way as an artist derives more pleasure from painting than from having completed a picture'?

@-Thiudareiks- I can only answer elliptically and what I will say is "the desire to improve your body and the desire to improve your mind through hard physical and intellectual work."

@LeashedDoggie What are the right things to desire?

@LeashedDoggie Appreciate it
