@Steel-Divisor Try to stick to a fixed bedtime if you want to wake up at 4 AM. It helps to stay away from electronic gadgets (TV, computer, mobile) an hour before bedtime. Grab a book or something. Hope that works.

@CybeTech Good luck! Looking forward to your updates.

@andtoc That's cool, brother, just keep at it. Remember, NO ZERO DAYS - that means get at least ONE thing right everyday. Attack the next day with the adjustments. Good luck!

  1. PMO - Success.
  2. Sleep - Success.
  3. Excessive reading without action - Fail. Well, I didn't read a lot at all, but I didn't take much action on anything either, so I'm considering that as a fail.

  4. Exercise - Fail, didn't have time for a proper workout (fucked up) but I did some light exercise.

@TheStoicCrane I'm aware of that, but I don't have access to a gym or weights at the moment, so I'm doing what I can with exercises involving my own body weight and trying to eat a lot more protein and carbs. I assume that helps build muscle as well?

Workout - Fail(?), did some light exercise but decided to take a rest day.

@replacemenwithalphas00 Haha, that's the essence of the issue here, lol.

@oorobz Thanks for the tip! Well, it's distracting and addictive. It isn't worth my time and I need it out of my life. I just struggle to resist on days when I need a release and I'm ashamed of that.
