  • Skipped on music class, woke up with diarrhea
  • Drove to library for sales on books; magically postponed for next month...
  • Bookseller on craigslist has wrong number posted; notified him, hoping he still wants to sell those boxes
  • 16 minutes on elliptical, nothing crazy
  • Wrote on blog
  • Crammed in essay

  • Looked up ads on craigslist for book sales, found sales event for the day after
  • Went to Bio class
  • Looked up on Stronglift 5x5, plan to study on the forms for each exercise first
  • Relapsed again on porn; not much to say on that
  • Took some time to contemplate/meditate on course in life

  • Woke up early to buy books; bookseller doesn't answer my calls, bummer
  • Went to Comm class
  • Wrote on personal blog
  • Tried out espresso as opposed to full cup of coffee; not bad but not enjoyable
  • Read some of Rollo Tomassi's articles
  • Flaked out of meeting with single friend, didn't want to fuck her tbh

  • Got blood drawn and interview done; here's hoping to a new subchapter
  • 35 minutes/4.06 miles on elliptical (getting better at this)
  • Found a goldmine for books (Whole boxes for $5 each!); making the commute in the morning
  • Looking to transition running on elliptical to a park
  • Fixed sleeping time (5am wtf)

  • It's been lazy overall and relapsed into porn
  • Had to sit down and contemplate on a game plan to bounce back
  • Caffeine makes poop look less solid and weird; gonna try to limit them even more for good reason

  • +Going AR next year; start of road to MARSOC

  • +Chit chat with roommate, he actually read up on TRP, found some value in it, neat
  • +Crammed in outline for comm speech
  • 28 oz of caffeine remain this week
