I need to get this shit off my chest.

I'm in training with a group of girls and two guys. One of the guys seems slightly more red pilled. Still, he's still to accepting of the women's shit.

I get on alright with them. The trainer guy has lost control of the class. It's all woman speak. Woman banter. Low class, speaking about tinder, thinking the sun shines out their ass when they speak about normal stuff.

I called one of the women out because she was looking for praise for eating food. A basic body function. I lost my patience and told her "You want praise for a basic body function? The amount of food you ate is rookie numbers. If you want to be a competitive eater, you need to eat more."

Completely lost my patience with the childish shit going on. I love banter like anyone but I'm finding my ability to learn being impeded by noise. Like chickens clucking constantly.

Should I prep for a backlash? How should I play this?

@TiberiusBravo87 Vaping is a good shout. Never seemed like an option. The part about patches and lozenges. I'm going to try them first. If they don't work, I'll try vaping.

Can imagine bitch behaviour coming about from withdrawal. Nicotine does it's best chemically to enslave you. The companies are no better than Heroin pushers.

Not cold turkey. Alcohol I'm tapering off. I've had some issues with it. This is with support from my doctor.

Junk food. I'm prepping all my lunches in advance for work. Dinner I'm keeping is simple, using the 4 hour fitness example.

Cigarettes is likely going to be the toughest despite knowing the risks. I'm going to use patches to come off them.

Sounds like a plan. I've known a few people who shared that when they were working to get off cigarettes, they found it easier to transition off them when using nicotine lozenges than when they had used the nicotine patch or chewing gum.

My one thing to add is working one hour a day on my novel. I began writing it, using the 90 day novel course and I let it slide. Need to get back on the wagon.

Are you planning to go cold Turkey from all of them, or do you have alternatives in mind to help ease you off alcohol, cigarettes, and junk food?

Walked away from TRP for a little while. It's good to see that you are still going strong, despite the worldwide shit test's that are going on.

Beginning my journey to improve myself even further, this group (won't say sub because Reddit can go fuck itself) helped me immensely. It's like the father I never had. I'm not quite where I want to be. Holding myself accountable.

@Dr_Cockasaurus Clearly I must be giving off mysterious vibes.

Main focus has been to reduce a lot of my agreeable behaviours. Reduce fidgeting. Reduce the speed of body movements. Keep gestures around waist level. Working on having a more steady tone and dropping intonation at the end of the sentence. Being genuine with behaviours and laughing only when I find something funny. Being playful.

All pretty simple things but they seem to be making a big difference. More interest from women. More shit tests from men.

Been working on social game while improving fitness. Seem to be improving social likeability. A girl in my social circle was saying what she thought was everyone's Native American animal spirit. She told the other guy in the group he was a monkey. Then she said she thinks I'm a wolf. That I'm like a powerful wolf.

Tbh I laughed at it because it was funny. It became a topic she kept bringing up throughout the day in the office. Then I considered if it was really a good thing. Did I deal with this in the right way? How would you take this? Am I overthinking it like a dickhead?
