Guy espouses TRP thoughts in a video and people make a video criticizing his video. Sometimes it's best to keep this stuff to yourself.
@goodmansaysfuckyou Not entirely true. If they were smart enough they'd use Tor to keep their browsing habits obscure. Mobile affords more accessibility but it's not as easy to protect it's meta-data as a computer is. Though "easy" might not be exactly the right word.
@INNASKILLZ2K20 Think I overtrained a bit. I hit 355lbs on the squat 5x3 and 350lbs 5x3 earlier in the week with a 250lbs bench 5x3. By the time I tried 360lbs guess I was just tapped out.
Might have to restructure the program with light days in between or go back into bodybuilding based hypertrophy which just bores me to tears at this point.
There's something extremely satisfying lifting heavy knowing that strength is gradually increasing compared to doing 5 by 12 sets just for looks. Feels more like an accomplishment.
Never a fun day in the gym when your mind says, "Let's get it!" when your body says "F*ck you!"" Guess it happens to us all from time to time.
When I went into the men’s restroom to go change I saw the Asian girl at the front desk literally walk into the men’s bathroom and start cleaning and asking me if I’m going to be using the restroom anytime soon, and bent over in her yoga pants to start cleaning, which was extremely sexual, but since she works there and I’m always training with the coaches, I didn’t even react to it and just walked out of there and went on with my workout and training.
Funny, something similar just happened to me tonight. After I finished lifting passed the girl at the front desk to change in the men's room. It was near closing time and I was the only one in it so I took it as an opportunity to check myself shirtless in the mirror. Just to see where I'm developing well and what areas need improvement, as any half decent lifter should.
Out of nowhere the chick shows up with a trash can making her towards the mirrors. Now normally I'd just brush it off, accidents happen. Usually when people find themselves in that type of situation they'd backtrack and wait for the person to finish changing, then go about their business cleaning. She didn't even flinch.

Squatting at 320lbs rising and benching at 250lbs while weighing 190lbs, biggest I've ever been, with Rippetoe's book advice. Starting Strength is legitimately an effective book. Especially for learning to squat properly.
