@silkyironmaid it's clear as fuck that he converted to Islam to get closer to sheikh society in the middle east. These guys have power and money. Before you write, it's good to start thinking deeper about reality otherwise you will be played around in life.

I'm not protecting Andrew Tate and I believe a lot of his stuff is bullshit but at least he's putting some important stuff out there with his rhetoric.

Accidentally saw a post on /r/conspiracy (idk why the fuck I subscribed to this) about Andrew Tate being arrested and spent a few minutes looking into the comments.

Man, there is nothing worse than beta males. Everyone cheering his arrest with passion.

When you get to the top, people will hate you and would even end you if they could get away with it.

Most of us had to start from scratch in life and at some point we were a bit beta, but I am starting to despise these pieces of shit human beings. They deserve the misery they live in. I used to feel bad for these losersm fuck them

@xfeelinglucky what are you trying to achieve here? If you want to pump and dump, go with the second. Feels more genuine.

If you want a girlfriend, shoot yourself in the head first

@Lionsmane8 that's so much cringe

You failed the first shit test. You just say "yeah, all good" and then try again 10 mins later after seducing her more. Of she still says the same BS, time to leave gracefully. Try her again one more time and if she still pulls the same BS, soft next. The things you said to there the second time were cringy as fuck. You don't apply logic to these situations. You gave an ultimatum and failed miserably.

@LampinWhileTappin

How do you deal with a micromanaging boss?

So this month we got a new boss (Cyber-sec department) and he is really bad at both the technical and managerial skills (he got his positions due his strong contacts and relationships). He does not know how to manage people or how to manage IT solutions unfortunately. Anyhow, his style in management is micromanagement and this is really bugging us out, we cannot find a way to work this out professionally.

Whenever something pops in his head he wants that to be DONE NOW, even if you are working on a critical task, he will want you to just drop what you have and work on what he asked you; This has caused us to have somethings backfire at me due to his style of (drop what's in your hand and do what I want NOW). Then he will put the blame on me not being able to work concurrently!

Gentlemen, this is my first time working with such management style, need your input and guidance on this I want to excel at my position but this manager might effect this

@drake offers solid counsel here as it's not your company, but someone else's. However, I think the writing is being put on the wall. Read this book, update your resume, and consider applying to other companies, pursuing contracting, or building your own company.

Three months ago you complained about a newly hired female coworker. Now you're complaining about a recently hired moron of a manager. Given that you've since revealed you're in cyber security, I'm disinclined to see these situations as isolated incidents, but the beginning of a trend. You might want to plan a quiet professional exit before things escalate.
