Every week I just try and bust out a few more reps or increase weight by like 2.5-5lb
@lurkerhasarisen proper form and slow and controlled movements is super important; i push myself in the gym but not to the point of injury haha. I don’t worry about ego lifting i just gradually progress. when I got cleared for lifting I started doing like 40lb rows on the machine after surgery; I’m almost at 160 now
