Last weekend in Italy there was Family day rally. 2.5 million people from all over Europe gathered to celebrate traditional family values and Christianity. NOT SINGLE ONE newspapers reported about it.

How far are we from total censorship of Media? From being beaten because the way we think? From hiding around isolated spots to discuss things? During our lifetimes doomsday will come. Use Internet as platform to connect with like-minded people while you still can. Freedoms we enjoy for last few decades will end. That's what they want.

@JohannesFactotum If this becomes my new normal I'm set up for some new things in life man. Assertiveness and confidence are 300% up. I have an idea, I won't fap two weeks then I'll go negotiate for sallary to see how my new balls are working. Would then reseting yourself once a week do the trick? So every Monday you feel like Superman.

@Doodley-cro This effect of nofap does not last for very long, it becomes a new "normal" in the same way if you stop eating food you're allergic to---you feel great! And later you're at a new baseline. The true lesson of nofap is we're biological and prone to addictions like drugs, sex and Internets. Nofap is just an exercise of will.

Tried nofap for first time ever. One week without touching my dick except for taking a piss. I feel like I could do few rounds with a bull. I'm aggressive and my eye contact is different. Also I'm getting a boner just by being in proximity of women. No more fapping it up. Placebo or not like. It's like being on Tren but more control

@redpillschool I don't react well to low carb intake. 40 30 30 works so far good for me. It's still high protein intake with also solid fat and carb intake. What were your results. Did you lost any muscle mass?

@Doodley-cro I've done it- make sure you're taking in enough fat and protein, you can lift and do keto at the same time.
