@Antelope I'm reminded of the time that Putin noticed that the Western leaders were at the time placing a lot of awards and medals onto each other similarly to how the late decrepit Soviets had done. It was obvious to him that it was a late-stage illness of a civilization that would have to experience a reckoning. Been there, done that.

@destraht Oh yeah, this guy fell in line with the narrative and has the tenacity to snipe at religious people being ‘weak minded’ and ‘seeking comfort’.

@JamesSkepp adam-loser's every opinion and gesture about Covid. When the dust had settled he simply said "I don't think about it much, next question. Water under the bridge. I'm too busy over-polishing my next great useless banality".

I'm gonna, put, some commas in, weird, places, for you, here, to see and - here is a - dash. That ought to trigger you pedantic grammar algorithms into ascending into your own superiority. There you go.

@destraht

This (approval) is from the guy who was the most possibly wrong that he could have been about the most important thing that has happened to anyone during the entire history of The Red Pill

Do explain what that was.

We welded on one of the used metal racks that we bought last week. We did more work like soom angled supports, but this is the gist of it. The idea is that long metal poles and boards can go up top, and piles of wood below. I don't plan on most of this being particularly accessible most of the time.

@Vermillion-Rx Normies love packing themselves in there more than friends of Congress. This (approval) is from the guy who was the most possibly wrong that he could have been about the most important thing that has happened to anyone during the entire history of The Red Pill. It's all just a bunch of well written over-polished fags giving each other awards like failing Soviet bureaucrats.

@SeasonedRP In addition to the points made in other comments, you're focusing too much on just the financial element of collapse. You're not factoring in externalized debt such as poor mental and physical health. In fact, these problems only raise GDP, which causes the system to appear to be even more vibrant according to your disconnected ivory town assessments. The world can shake and move as guys like you are still deciding which color pen to use.

Your argument seems to be based around (strawmen) people having told you that if we don't change the path then there will be a collapse. We didn't change the path, and since we're not currently dead then collapse could not have occurred. You don't seem to be able to see the suffering that is occurring today. I don't say that to distribute sympathy but rather as a metric for how things actually work in the real world. These are the things that you're educated and paid not to notice.

What is your metric for when things have collapsed? If I may beat up on my own anecdotal strawman, often when speaking to friends 15 years ago they'd almost all simply say "tanks in the street". Somehow this metric stuck in everyone's mind that if there aren't tanks driving down the street then we haven't collapsed, and possibly aren't collapsing even. Someone taught them to focus on this retarded metric. I didn't make it up.

What kinds of things could you see, hear or smell that would cause you to consider if the nation is collapsing? If the answer is nothing, then the simple answer is to massage the numbers until the very end so that people like you are incapable of perceiving it.

I say that as the nation collapses that ivory tower guys like you will be fine with number games, while others are satiated with Go Woke, Go Broke narratives. As powerful companies collapse it can be written off as causing the other side to suffer. If I wanted to design a collapse that was imperceptible to most people then I would simply make the economy fail such that each contrived failure of the services that they rely upon was considered a victory.

So "everything is fine because there are no tanks in the street", and "everything is fine because we're really sticking it to the Woke companies", "That city is failing, but it's good because we're being vindicated about Democrats being corrupt losers", and for the number nerds "Everything is fine because we can still print fiat currency".

America will fail itself to victory, just as it does in the majority of its wars. The soldiers say "We won, but the politicians failed us afterwards". The politicians say "We won because our wild imaginary projection of the enemies intention has rendered this a victory". America the victorious.
