The easiest thing I have ever done.

Getting sixpack abs is the easiest thing I have ever done. You pick up heavy shit and put it back down, walk instead of drive, eat greens and meat instead of crap. 6 months down the line and TADA! I gotz ze abs.

Now there is an archetype who posts on socialmedia about how hardcore he is, how much effort he puts into it and how "succesfull" he is. Hate to break this to you, he is not. He just go's to the gym 3 to 4 to 5 times a week for an hour and he does the proper movements for a couple of reps and a couple of sets. That's it, that's the bug fucking secret people find so hard to find and it's pa-fucking-thetic.

The fact is that you are just lazy. Getting ripped is easy, confronting your own weakness is hard. Look at yourself and be honest, are you actually putting in the work, or are you spending too many hours watching some dumb fucking show on Netflix about some ID feading fantasy driving visual spectacle? You don't need to be a fucking millionair or entrepreneur to have a good feeling about yourself. Look where you came from and be honest about what little things you can do to make an improvement.

Your ego is going on a fucking rage right now isn't it?
How dare he say I'm lazy? How dare he say I don't put in the work and say getting abs is easy? I've been trying for years!

Well you haven't been trying hard or smart enough. Strengthtraining isn't the big spectacle people make it out to be, it's just as Rich Copper says:
'Picking up heavy shit and putting it down'

Either you still eat like crap, move for shit and train like a child or need to see a doctor about skin, you are NOT putting in the low effort that is needed to look good naked.

You are weak, you are lazy and you are making excuses.
