One might think that being unaware of the Matrix would be good in that you are unaware of reality, but happy. This could be true, but until a insignificant extent, because the reality in which you live will still be governed by how its rules are, and not by how you wish they should be. You are happy like the fish who head to the hook, blissfully ignorant of your miserable fate.

Like Rollo says in his first book, knowing is half the battle. Truth could be hurtful, but will free you from the mental prison in which society tries to confine you for the benefit of others. When I see (pill by pill) the veil being removed thanks to the manosphere, I feel like if I were in the jungle and I was being given a true map of reality, showing you the traps and how to avoid them. Then you see people everyday falling into those traps without even being aware of their existence.

Sometimes I find myself wishing to let myself go and indulge romantically in some of the women who now, given my new attitude towards life, are attracted to me. I have no problem in recognizing it. The succes I've been having with girls over the last year is something I should learn to harness appropriately, because in view of the scarcity and "broken-hearts" of my blue pill days, it's difficult for the remains of my old brain's wiring not to slightly flourish to demand the idealizations my blue pill self was denied. But I won't do it as long as it is not in accordance with my life goals, which I've almost entirely established.
