#NoNothingNov Did the workout. Failed the fap. Installed the most effective blocker I know. Still didn't work in the past. I feel like eggs/beef/nuts/chocolate make my sex drive horrendous. I need to learn how to channel it more effectively into productivity. I'm guessing you guys have more experience. Any suggestions?

  • Porn: Ok.
  • Video games: Not a problem.
  • Not waking up early: I guess it's ok. Waking up between 8-10 am. I must try to wake up consistently at around 7-8 am.

  • Porn. ok
  • Reddit besides job stuff. Still spending some time, same reason but I'm trying to keep me busy with studies.
    • Wasting the weekends I spend in my hometown. I'm talking with some friends I havent seen in a while to go out on Friday

Goals: Study 20hours/week. ~5h

  • Day 6: Flawless; rest day, NoFap, NoSugar, bedtime
  • Day 7: slightly flawed; missed gym in the morning, so I trained at night and missed bedtime by 15 minutes; NoFap and NoSugar are fine

  2. Sleep - Success.
  3. Excessive reading without action - Fail. Well, I didn't read a lot at all, but I didn't take much action on anything either, so I'm considering that as a fail.

  4. Exercise - Fail, didn't have time for a proper workout (fucked up) but I did some light exercise.
