Hello everyone! I am new to this community. 2.5 years have passed since I took the red pill. I had started to stronglift 5x5. My main goal was being strong and preparing fow powerlifting. After 7 months ( I had little breaks in those months) I got blackpilled give up everything (lift, game, diet, saving s etc.). I got broken, gained a lot of weight, started smoking, (BROKEN shit you are familiar with). Now I am recovering, started to studying and trying to quit smoking (I am succesfull than my expectations somehow). I want to continue lifting but I am very confused about where to start? My main aim is being STRONG. My PRIMARY, FIRST, MOST IMPORTANT goal is being strong. I prefer lifting heavier weight rather than having more aesthetic muscles.
Of course I want to get ripped after being strong by cutting calories, diet etc. But first I want to be Strong. Please show me a roadmap, and starting point. I am mesomorph and 6 feet tall.
