@RedKiwi mcdonalds is literally the WORST. Headaches, gut inflammation, pain in your guts, weird gross diarrhea shits, its literally the worst shit being sold as "food" on the planet.

@Chaddeus_Rex bro I try not to over complicate it. It's all that processed shit that is getting people fat, as well as sauces. Moderation is key. I'll put it this way, I have developed an eating habits that when I have a Mc Donald's burger my gut feel like shit for two days. I'll do a blog post on here about the food I eat.

@KnowledgeSlayer everything is trial and error. Experiment. Personally, I limit my carb intake to two times a day. One at lunch (sweet potatoes) and one at dinner (sweet potatoes). Incline cardo in the morning (1200 calories burnt) weight training in the arvo (big heavy lifts with super sets)

@GayCuck there is nothing wrong with carbs. It's the type of carbs and quantity people are eating that is the problem.

@ascending I'd say we don't complete understand "fat" properly. It wasn't till the 90s we had a whole bunch of new scientific information.

@Captain_Save_AHoe I've read the book, and was paid to go to the Dale courses/seminars. There is some take aways but I wouldn't consider it an ultimate guide to win people over.

@studentoflife sure, I may have a fucking great selection of attributes, but if I'm going out and not marketing myself as "higher value" then I am not targeting the customers I desire. This means I have to bite the bullet and accept presenting myself differently to improve results. This is just one of many things when it comes to SMV

@studentoflife check this post from BLL, worth the read. Particular the part where we must figure out what the market is asking for.

For me this cemented a few ideas I have been going over in my head. Which is I am not marketing myself correctly. It's that simple
