@SlamSlask I went through this about five-years ago. It sucks, but you will get through it. You might also be low on water. Increase water consumption.

@SlamSlask They call that Keto Flu. My carb intake is very low but I got here gradually so didn't have to deal with it. I also use hella garlic salt when I cook. Check it:
