@ASilverCircle There is one mistake a lot of my 'students' (aka people i teach training in my school) do wrong. And that is not pushing yourself to the limit. Pushing yourself to the limit is not, to stop when you start feeling weaker, but when you are screaming of pain, because your muscles hurt so badly. It means that after a good working set of squats you are no longer able to walk for 30 sec. That is the true limit, and what you have to do.
@ASilverCircle i reccomend do www.athlegan.com/starting-strength until you understand what you are doing and then i reccomend you develop something that works for you.
I wont upload this week, everything will go on as normal next week.
@ASilverCircle what is it? *disclaimer tho: I am not a professional, so if you do anything you do it at your own risk
@SeasonedRP Do you really know someone who has been kicked out of a commercial gym for training hard? I mean why on earth would they do that, if youre a paying customer.
