@Stigma You were initially upset by being called a nigger. Let me break this shit down for you Barney-style. According to Evola, a person should not be judged solely on their race. Every race has positive and negative qualities. Anglos, like you, are stubborn and have difficulty with philosophy that deals with anything other than utilitarianism. There is also a spiritual component. One can be an African but spiritually an Aryan. Before he ran off to get a pack of cigarettes, @NazBolFren was one of our best contributors.

One thing you find with low-IQ racist movements is that they have a sort of communistic view of race. If you belong to a certain race, then you're all right. This is not dissimilar to MRA and incel communities. We here believe in inequality. @GayLubeOil has proven himself to be the top dog here. Eventually, maybe someone greater will emerge, but until then we respect the tag.

Back to the nigger thing. My analysis is that you are racially an Anglo but spiritually a nigger.

@DeGENZerate Rollo gets off on the castration fantasy. He's the type of guy that pegging videos are targeted towards.

@bloodexorcist Certain lifts require a surprising amount of flexibility. The point is that you should find someone who can do an assessment of your physical fitness.

@Stigma I'm not really the person to ask, but generally you want more carbs when you're bulking and more fat when you're cutting.

@Stigma Food is much better. Cottage cheese, skim milk, ground beef, high-protein yogurt, chicken breast, etc. Protein powder is a supplement. You shouldn't base your diet on it.
