Women mirror male emotional states. When you get all worked up, then she's going to get all worked up. When she's all worked up and you're an emotional rock, then it settles her down as you become her emotional anchor. This is why women don't want Mr Fix-It, but rather a man who will just listen, pat them on the proverbial head, and tell them everything will be ok.

@redpillschool Sort of. Many states, not all, it's a raw equation based on the percentage of time the kid stays with each parent combined with the incomes of the parents. Actual needs of the kids and standards of living don't even play into it, which is a huge problem. If mom has the kid the majority of the time and dad is a professional athlete or rock star or otherwise loaded making $1M a year, mom is going to get a HUGE chunk of money whether the kids needed it or not.
I ran the numbers using the Maryland Child Support calculations for primary custody going to the mom. If she has a middle class $50K salary ($4166/mo) and the dad has $1M ($83333/mo), the mom is getting around $16,000 a month in child support, which is wildly unnecessary. That's $192K out of the man's gross pay, and he doesn't even get the benefit of a tax deduction. That's $192K TAX FREE for the mom in this situation. Let that sink in for a moment. There's no way in fucking hell a middle class mom can spend that kind of women on a kid. None whatsoever. The overflow is going right into her car, purse, shoes, you name it. It's a fucking scam.
