When you're stuck in an emotional state from which you can't escape, such as fear or anxiety, is just the time when logic is most useful. Categorize and list the things you're emotional about, and cut each one with logic.
The longer you wait to stand up for yourself, the more you're going to alienate people who aren't used to a version of you with boundaries.

@ipreferpi Let us know how it feels. I've played around with intermittent fasting. The issue is that a large meal towards the end of the day can sometimes disrupt my sleep with blood sugar spikes.
