@ships I've been the same. I did heavy lifts, 3x5 or 5x5.

Was shit. Really, for me it just didn't work. All I got was better a lifting a heavy weight in the air.

Over the last months I totally changed. Got resistance tubes. Started to actually develop mind-muscle connection.

Now it's lower weight, higher reps, much slower, mind-muscle. I love it. I feel it in my body all the time. That my muscles have been activated and working.

You guys thought you knew how to train legs. This is how your really destroy your quads and hams. Courtesy of the quadfather Tom Platz himself :)

@AFTSOV I starting weight lifting with the prime goal of lifting more weight. Maxing out on deadlifts, presses, etc. Then slowly I reduced the weights but put in a lot more work. Instead of heavy 3x5 presses I did 3-4x10 with moderate weight. And my muscles became bigger. Put on considerable amount of weight. For some, going to the maximum intensity blows them up. For some riding the edge does. You've got to figure out which.

@Taproot88 You have put on some visible muscle definition. So there's that. You are also lifting good weights.

I say stick with it for a few more years before you turn to TRT or roids. And also try increasing your food intake slowly.

I'm young, its easy for me to see gains. So no point comparing us both.

@Pan87 Oh no... you responded with an actual answer, not a completely ironic shitpost. What will I do now? :(

@Pan87 Show me the light chad. Teach me how to build a harem (no homo advice pls).

@AFTSOV Its almost like you're fucking women for a higher status among men, not because you are genuinely attracted to those women!

@MentORPHEUS When the gap between perceived value and real value is large, its called fraud. This is equivalent to a personal trainer charging an exorbitant amount for regular (or bad) training.

I'm not against monetizing the red pill. The initial fee is a good barrier against casual idiots.

"I just spent $1000 to have a guy talk to me about how to get laid, when I could have bought a decent hooker for the same price and got rid of my sexual frustration" is a good red pill experience too.

@ships that's a good way to look at it, which I hadn't thought of.

Charging based on demand and not intrinsic value.

Now I see where my conflict with it lays.

'But guys want to pay it'.

That sort of reasoning utterly grinds against my core values. When it comes to helping others change their life, the amount a guy will pay means jack shit.

What's your intrinsic value?

When the intrinsic value is what you can get for free, then any guy taking that cash is....less than amazing and the antithesis to true therapeutic potential

@theultmatecad Competence and credibility of these red pill coaches is in question here. Not that they charge $1000 for an hour. Like Rian Stone mentioned, they price their time purely based on demand, and not on the intrinsic value of the information they provide. Would you drop $1000 for a bad, or at best mediocre golf coach?
