@shitinhermouth23 Hmmmm... This puts me in the position of arguing whether this is a black swan event with the person who coined the phrase. I think it fits the 3 criteria he laid out, and leave off wondering if there was another Carrington Event or 9.3 quake on the San Andreas, would he stand in the smoking ruins and say, "It's not a black swan bro, because we predicted this!"
