I'm eating beef/chicken, lentils, eggs, egg white, whey, greek yogurt, and some other non-protein foods in my usual diet. currently eating 1500 calories a day but need to eat 1800 for a healthy deficit.

Not sure what to fill in those calories with that are protein-heavy. Sitting at around 150g protein /day.
