No wonder Bill Gates owns the most farm land in the US, and right now with all of the cash the Fed is printing I smell some heavy inflation coming, although it's difficult to know what is really going to happen i.e is a market crash coming, since as soon as you look into that kind of stuff it's entirely doomer posts. I need to find some better places to get accurate information on this topics, not just doomer posts.

I hope to get to your level one day. Right now my goal is to hit $50-$75k online 80% passive and completely location dependent. @At_least_a_M glad to hear it dude and keep killing it! I have a BS in engineering and the total cash flow from 2 rental properties is about 48k/yr. Combine with stonks and wealth front overall is about 350k. The properties are under an llc rather than my name and guns are under several trusts. Some accounts are under other trusts which I transfer earned income into. Maybe it's overly paranoid but if someone comes after me they can only bloodsuck so much.

Here on out I'm investing in dividend stocks in consumerism and entertainment which Morgan Stanley also thinks will quadruple by 2030 thanks to the lonely post wall misery that modern feminism is driving women my age towards.

I still do want to buy land and build a homestead on it later on when I'm a sit down software guy and would consider cohabitation marriage or family but I'm probably years away from the required experience and game needed to do that successfully.

I am working on an e-commerce business atm (niche market selling digital products, as they are close to 90% margin, and only investment is my time making them, they are made once and can sell an infinite amount of times). Time to get back to WORK!

Anyone have any good RP business podcasts they'd recommend? Apha Male 2.0 is decent. I recently found The Jordan Harbinger Show and he has some big name (in the business world) guest on their.

My current eco biz is selling on a large platform, but once it's matured a bit by Q4 I would like to start my own blog and keep making digital products. The niche research is a PITA, though. However, that is just another barrier to entry that will work in my favor once I am on that side of the fence. People hate to work hard, especially if the payoff is wayyy in the future, which blogging tends to do.

I think we all need to focus on WEALTH more than income, and focus on income more than women. After working hard on my mission/business the thought of engaging with girls just seems laughable/a waste of time and energy I would rather spend on myself.
