@At_least_a_M glad to hear it dude and keep killing it! I have a BS in engineering and the total cash flow from 2 rental properties is about 48k/yr. Combine with stonks and wealth front overall is about 350k. The properties are under an llc rather than my name and guns are under several trusts. Some accounts are under other trusts which I transfer earned income into. Maybe it's overly paranoid but if someone comes after me they can only bloodsuck so much.
Here on out I'm investing in dividend stocks in consumerism and entertainment which Morgan Stanley also thinks will quadruple by 2030 thanks to the lonely post wall misery that modern feminism is driving women my age towards.
I still do want to buy land and build a homestead on it later on when I'm a sit down software guy and would consider cohabitation marriage or family but I'm probably years away from the required experience and game needed to do that successfully.

@drake I travel the nation leading the instalation of warehouse robotics from a software standpoint. Hoping WFH culture doesn't destroy the typical bay area SWE salary. I'm not bay area but those 850k numbers would be good.
Rental properties help too but they're not part of my 250 salary.

Thank you to myself 7 years ago for hitting random on reddit and taking the red pill. I've gone from the plugged in oneitisness chump making 45k to a rotating rotation and 250k. I've not been actively in this community since about the first year of discovering and changing habits and mindsets. I'm sad but not surprised that the subreddit was demolished.
When I was 20, I was jealous, felt "behind" and low status and low value. I was just BP and I had less time to build wealth, experience, and status, it was not my inherent value. Men become, women are. I just had the realization today that I am now the guy I dreamed of being back then after seeing our homeboy rollo on a youtube video. I am the guy with the cool cars, the fancy shit, all the ladies, and rare collections and firearms I never though would be in my reality.
I travel full time, my company pays all my meals (and my dates lol), my rentals, hotels, flights and women FUCKING DIG IT. Fancy hotel with attached restaurant, have some apps and a glass of wine, hey btw let me show you the great view at the rooftop lounge, oh I'm staying just one floor downstairs let me show you (the cool thing we talked about earlier in the night) and then welcome to pound town.
You know all the "and travel the world" mantra that all women seem to have in common? They all want to join in. The women I meet locally who are enjoyable to be around I like to have with me on a weekend adventure and I will fly them out with my accrued points for a weekend fuckfest. That 250k is on top of all this and ~80% of the post tax goes into more cash flow generating investments.
Stay in this shit, do the required reading, pay $7 on audible if you don't want to read. I never thought I'd be here, and I wouldn't have been here if TRP didn't light a fire under my ass and make me realize what I was living in. I am very grateful for this community and want to be a participant for the younger guys who I once was.
