@slutmagazine Yeah, the media is crazy, bro. I watch a bunch on both sides, left/right/underground and it's all full of ulterior motives and agendas.

@slutmagazine Yes, I agree. Philosophy is best applied in the creation of something, the pursuit of something. In a spiritual sense, creation of life is the highest thing. Many here are more concerned with being the end of their genetic line. Living in fear of 'feminine-imperatives' and governments and more.

Democracy is a complete simulacra. It doesn't exist in reality at all.

I think once they get older, guys will realise the importance of family and offspring, instead of rationalizing their way out of it and considering it a 'win'. It's all a very weird paradox of the modern man. Many want to escape the 'blue pill' masses and skip countries, but don't value themselves enough to continue their dna.

@slutmagazine Yes, that's a great example. Those photos don't represent any actual reality. It's an illusion and purely simulation. Baudrillard might say we've lost the ability to decipher the difference.

It makes me laugh when I think of some red-pillers. The ones who are anti-modernity (which is fine in itself), 'extremists', anti-'the blue-pill hordes' etc. Yet in actuality do what the majority of what everyone else is doing, sitting behind digital screens and interacting with strangers. They create little simulacras on the internet and exchange commonalities and remind each other they're outside of the norm.

All whilst nobody actually gives a fuck about them.

@slutmagazine Simulacra is a representation of reality, but not actual reality. Baudrillard has written some great stuff on it. He speaks of the internet and digital world creating simulacra that is so removed from ACTUAL reality that people can no longer tell the difference between the simulation and the real.

Like thinking this forum is a 'stage'. It isn't a stage. It's a dude sitting behind a screen somewhere typing on a keyboard and not actually interacting. That's closer to reality.

@slutmagazine Well, then I correct my reply to 'a stage most have been stuck ON'.

But crazy that someone would attribute an internet forum to a stage. The simulacra is strong.

@destraht

@destraht

'More of a stage than a conversation'

Bro, a 'stage' the majority have been stuck at. It'll be good when most find their way out of it. Happens that way sometimes. Usually not, though.

@Zavss Yeah, can't believe I found that ASKtrp post about you losing 5 grand. Did you lose your mind and buy into the Tate love for a second?

@Zavss Hahaha, captures the feeling much more succinctly.
