I recommend Meditations by Roman Emporer Marcus Aurelius. His advice will just come to you during hard moments. Among the books I've read, no others have merited such extensive writing in my journal except 1984, and Plato's The Republic/Protagoras/and Phaedo. I'm always looking to expand that list.
