@destraht Fuck that looks unreal, I love that kinda old cockster stuff, so hard to find stuff like that now, everyone is so concerned with health and safety it ruins everything and makes people soft, my best memory at boxing is when the coach didn't show up fsr so some random just starting running it and was getting everyone in the ring to fight each other and I got some bloke real well in the face and he was pissing blood out of his nose, I loved it, he loved it, good times all around
I'm gonna try and find an MMA/boxing gym that lets you have a dip like that but I reckon it'll be a challenge
@destraht Yeah my old boxing gym had a sledgehammer and a tractor tyre as part of the circuit because the coach thought that stuff was the best too so tried to replicate
@Kloi Nah talking more like whether biceps, abs, shoulders and chest a few days in a row is bad even though my body feels like its recovered despite not being able to lift as much. like no soreness or any of that
@destraht Okay great, because I'm new to the Gym and pretty much been doing biceps, shoulders, chest and abs. I will do different workouts later on but still getting into the routine of working out most days
@Kloi Yo, quick question, you ever work out the same muscles multiple days in a row? I've heard people say it doesn't really matter and also heard people say it's no good, what's your opinion?
@Kloi Cheers brother ill buy plenty of bacon and beef tonight after gym, but the reason I find it so fucking hard is because I'm never hungry and only eat once per day, might cook a shit ton tonight and eat try and snack throughout my day
