Hey boys haven't posted in a while, just giving an update. I've now completed 30 Gym sessions and 80% through The Rational Male audiobook! Absolutely loving the gym, just been doing chest, arms, back and abs so far but I'm going to incorporate more stuff soon. Just been having fun so far but I'm going to get more technical soon. Taking the red pill has been great so far, not easy but I feel 100% better

@Fawk_Face Yeah I interpreted @Kloi post as don't get into a LTR before 35 as well, and I think he meant go monk mode until I get into shape and just commit to self-improvement. But I also get what you're saying which is more appealing, self improve while fucking bitches, but there are a few things I wanna do while in monk mode, first was lose 10kg which is done, next is a good haircut, plus also build back my base level of muscle/fitness - these kinda relate to what you said with it being mental because a decent level of SMV I don't think id have the confidence
@Kloi Yeah im just re-beginning after some time off because I got a GF, went soft, stopped working out, got dumped... classic hey hahaha getting back into it now, the post 'why she left you' or some shit was like me to a Tee, but yeah ill get a nice routine going
