@bradyo2 I much appreciate @illimitableman . He's been one of the first on trp.red. IM has even been so generous to link to my animated take on the 48 Laws on his website. @J_Asapgem If you're gaining 12lbs in 1 month of gymming that is much, much higher than average. Although a lot of that will be newbie gains - expect 2lbs a month once your body has adjusted
