Three vices I'm giving up:
- No screens past 22.30.
- No wasting time on reddit or facebook, especially during lectures.
- No porn
Habit I'm taking up:
- Daily morning and night routines
a. Morning: waking up, shower, get dressed, breakfast, laundry, prepare lunch, brush teeth, prepare backpack, leave (90 minutes max)
b. Night: prepare next day clothes, schedule next day, rinse nose, dental and facial hygiene, read, go to be before 2330.
I'll track progress here every couple of days, so internerd randoms can hold me accountable and shame me into making some progress.
