Ive been seeing a girl for about a month now and, although we're not exclusive, she is giving me signs that she wants me as more than just a fuck buddy. I feel there may be potential for an LTR in future but haven't yet come to a conclusion. I suspect that she's probably fucking other guys, which is fine since we're not commited, however we always usually meet on a Saturday evening.
She texts me about this weekend and asks if we can do Friday instead of Saturday so that she can "study on Saturday night and all day Sunday". Of course, I'm aware she is probably gonna fuck another guy. But I don't like how she has prioritised him over me by changing our usual Saturday meet-up, and I'm aware that I shouldn't come across as too available. Thoughts on how to handle this? Do I just meet her on Friday or tell her I've already got plans and see how she reacts?

This is the sort of thing you have to develop a feel for so you know what to do in the moment. What might be the right answer one day might be the wrong answer a month later, even with the same woman.
I'd usually try not to be too available, but if you already agreed to switch days, stick to it.
Possibly. Maybe she's telling the truth. You'll likely never know, and if you ever tell her something stupid like "I know you blew off our plans to go fuck some other dude!" when she actually didn't, you'll come across as unhinged.
Just be ready for the strong possibility she is, and have other women in your rotation so this sort of shit doesn't bother you.
