2.social media max time usage 30min includes FB, Insta, reddit etc....

3. give up smoking and drinking

Want to build: Meditation like 5min->10min->15min->20min etc like simply meditate 30 min daily

About no fap: when u strongly resist the urge to PMO it's getting stronger than ever. so juts let the urge come and let it dissolve by it's own. About social addiction. i made a limited time usage over them which made me 2 extra hours day. its feel like 1 day equals to 26 hours and about last part i was using smoke as looking cool now i understand it's bad for my health and my teeth so i stoped this shit about meditation even 5 minutes of wandering mind gives u so much willpower

  1. First day was rough had strong urge to masturbate to porn because it's relief stress overday, also helps to sleep but i masturbate my mind like reading though books, listening to sleeping music
  2. well used fb aroun 1 hour which is bad, but i need to contact my coworkers by facebook, we are working on big project. Instagramm timer was 10min/day so i used it that way
  3. Didnt smoke today woohoo lets go more 29 days
