Had a brief conversation with a self-styled feminist a few days ago I thought I'd share. She mentioned that her boyfriend was meeting her to help carry some heavy objects. I joked, "I thought you were a feminist." She replied, "I'm also an opportunist."

And there you have it, neatly summed up. Equality for all, but more for us. Equal treatment is the talk, preferential treatment is the walk.
