@redhead I lift for my own physical and mental health 1st. Lifting helped me resolve back pain due to weakness and also has significantly improved my hormonal and thus mental health.

A sense of physical power & confidence is #2, supplemented with BJJ.

Becoming more attractive and plowing hotter women is #3.

@AwakenedSovereign20 There exist many archetypes of apex male, usually depending on the nature of the group in which they operate. Some RP men pursue a selfish, aggressive, Dark Triad archetype. Others pursue a charismatic, benevolent leadership style.

Both can be fully realized within one's own masculine frame and standards.

@MentORPHEUS This appears to be you operating in the feminine frame. It's phrased as being "good for men" but with vague and very limited net benefit to yourself or to other men.

"Leave women better than you found them" sounds reasonable in the surface but 9/10 times she won't be worth the effort and will go back to old habits after you.

@hendawg I'm 29, never joined up because my Dad was 20 years Navy and told me to fucking not.

Instead of medschool I walked into IT without any prior education and by 30 will be working 100% remotely at 100k+. Judging by the doctor friends I know with mountains of debt and no soul, good choices were made.
