@Elvis protein shake is the best I've found. 1-2 scoops and a little carbs. Trail mix, banana, etc. If you want to skip the shake go with beef Jerky, turkey bites, or a few eggs. A meal thats high proetin and digests easy.
400-600 calories essentially for your fast breaker. Adjust as needed if you find your crazy hunger at your next meal.

@Bilskee The interesting thing is, I think it’s always been that way, it’s just much more pronounced now with social media and the internet being able to observe and see clown world and clown people directly in action. The feminists back in the 1920’s were backing the KKK when it was hip to be in the KKK, now they back black lives matter and act like woman and blacks have always been united and in the same struggle.
