Well, that's definitely also a possibility worth considering, but what exactly would leave anyone to suspect the county police?

Well, let's not jump to any conclusions here.

Wait. Hold on now. Why in the world would the author of the article, Adam Janos, feel it important that readers deflect our attention from suspecting the police?

Oh... oh... Well, that definitely does not look good.
