Just talk to people. Kids, teenagers, young adults, adults, middle-aged adults, and old geezers. Men and women. Women you want to fuck, and women you wouldn't fuck with your worst enemy's dick.
You'll learn to be a great conversationalist.
You'll kill your social anxiety.
You'll learn that hot, sexy women are still just people, and that they like it when you aren't overly impressed and fawning on them.

They lie, lie, and lie some more, usually without even realizing they're lying. They're more concerned with making themselves appear virtuous and caring than with actually helping you with actionable advice.

@WaveGod- joking around aside, one of the ways to help yourself get rid of approach anxiety is to keep in mind that it's a relic in our caveman brains from way back in the day, that if you tried and failed with one cavewoman, she'd tell all the other cavewomen in the cave-village, and due to pre-selection, you'd have no prospects at all.
In this day and age, that simply isn't the case anymore. You can strike out 50 times in one evening, and still get the f-close on your 51st approach.
Knowledge must triumph over instinct.
After a few rejections, you'll see that it isn't that big a deal after all.
