@MentORPHEUS They are now declaring a state of emergency, and apparently this is not the only incident of its kind. Dark times are ahead, if you pardon the pun.

I can't help but think that this is the state of affairs of a country that is in the midst of complete collapse. Perhaps what's to blame is an energy and transportation infrastructure that is overextended and vulnerable, and perhaps what is responsible is a regime that is incapable of anything but inspiring disloyalty. Whichever answer it is, nothing good will come of it.
