@elyjos

Speed recovery.

You probably already on point with this but make sure you're doing your PT if/when they prescribe it.

You're lifting routines gotta be fucked, find a substitute physical outlet for excess energy.

I went fucking cray every time I've been laid up from injury. Don't do that to yourself.

@elyjos shit, hit "post" when I was trying to move my cursor.

What have you been up to?

@Butthead

@elyjos working my ass off, but enjoying most of it. Only real complaint is that my current commute is an hour and a half in the morning, and 2-3 hours in the evening. Not enough time for good sleep.

But this is temporary. There should be some openings near the house within a month or two.

Ohh that's a story so after telling her I'm leaving, then hey bitch I'm staying she was a little uneasy seeing how quickly my convictions changed.

The first week it was cute that there was no furniture in the place. A fresh canvas if you will. After two more weeks of hitting the local taverns within walking distance, a behavior she's never really seen in me, her and another plate ended up leaving me with in days of one another.

Self destructive behavior, I didn't know what to do with myself now that I was staying, so I panicked. Ended up going back to familiar, safe habits.

Part of the issue was not having any goals set for myself.

That's why I was feeling so empty after completing my dailies, reverting to filling that void with narcotics.
