The context that's being left out is, two sheriff's deputies sitting in their patrol car were shot in an ambush nearby, and "protesters" gathered and tried to block ambulances from entering the hospital as well as tried to break in to the hospital while shouting they hoped the police died. A "protester" was being arrested and this "reporter" allegedly ran over and attempted to interfere with the arrest.
