Frame is easier than game.
Holding frame is probably the easiest thing to learn about being "alpha". Holding eye contact, firm handshakes, feeling comfortable in what you want, what you do, and who you do it with. But game? I don't understand at all.
Reading TRP and understanding frame go hand in hand. Learning game is different. It's something you have to learn on your own, if you're not taught game. Even understanding and implementing characteristics of "Dark Triad" is oddly easier than learning game.
I'm just being a bitch and not going out and meeting women. I'm afraid to fail because of my past failures, which is such a beta-bitch mindset.

There's no substitute for taking action, plain and simple. Fucking up hundreds of times is a prerequisite for having solid game if you aren't naturally attuned to it, and even the best don't have close to 100% success with women unless they're top .1% (rich celebrities, athletes). I bombed dozens and dozens of approaches before I started getting it right, being socially adept is a learned behavior, so go learn it or regret it when you're on your death bed.
Start with some day game, talk to anyone and everyone, not just women. Set small goals, approach x women this week, talk to x number of people today, etc. but understand that failure is a major part of game there's no avoiding it
@Oversia Well said! Nobody gives a shit on your life. You are the only one responsible for it. Why are you affected by their words when they reject you if they don't give a fuck about you? This thing I will never understand. Nobody is alpha nor beta, these are just categorizations of traits. Traits are not written in stone, you can feel 'beta' at ten o'clock when talking to a brunette, but somehow you feel 'alpha' with a blonde in the evening. It is all about demographics and mental state. The only thing TRP (and Game) taught me is that I should not feel guilty for my behavior. Life's too short for that.
This is because somewhere deep inside you, you are still putting the woman on a pedestal. Take her off the damn pedestal man. Why would any woman be better than you? Just why? They're not.
In my opinion all these terms frame game alpha beta. Its all bullshit. Who gives a fuck? Go out have fun. Stay home and pout. At the end of the day you are dead and everyone you know is dead. What does it matter if you fail? The woman is not better than you. If you are not having fun than at the end of the day its not worth it. Whats a woman for then? If the woman aint fun whats the point. If you aint having fun whats the point? Get out of your own damn head for a minute and just relax and have fun. Thats "game". Care free enjoying life having fun. There is nothing holding you back and there is nothing to be afraid of.
