Goals

Three vices I'm giving up -

  1. Staying up after 10:30
  2. Staying in after 4:30
  3. Watching porn

New habit -

  1. Hitting the gym everyday (except Sunday)

Notes to self -

  • Track progress twice a day. Be specific.
  • Track progress in the morning and evening.
  • Always log your entries from the office.
  • Leave the laptop at the office in the evening.
  • Throw away porn stash.
  • Install parental control on phone.
