Now ask yourself, how do I define my version of Frame?

A King's Frame is composed of strong leadership, quick thinking, and stoic resolve. External influences do not disrupt or intrude upon the frame of a Lord. His kingdom lives and breathes from the Frame he has built for himself. His Frame will be a key indicator on the success or failure of his legacy.

Frame is the foundation upon which you will build your own kingdom.

You must laboriously build this castle brick by brick with your own hands. You must defend against any intruders who attempt to break its stone walls. You must, in essence, become a man who is willing to live and die by these values. Value which define who you are and what you stand for, as well as what you do not.

As men, the choices we make in life define our legacy or destroy us. History remembers and celebrates the conquerors.

Now, onto less important matters, how to maintain Frame around women. An easy, and often over complicated, process that can be boiled down to a sentence or two.

Women to Men = Sex objects
Men to Women = Success objects
Frame = the most important variable upon which your success is built off of.
Strong Frame = Attracts cute chicks by displaying Alpha qualities and body language.
Weak frame = You get Chads, Tyrones, Abdus and Wongs - leftovers. She probably fucked all of them the same week too.

As a King, you must know what you stand for and are willing to die for. These values define you in the eyes of others. It is the reason why you stand tall and straight. Look women in their eyes without hesitation or cowardice. Men, and especially women, pick up on these energy levels you omit.

Do not tolerate a mediocre existence. Powerful men take without asking. In a world of chodes and sluts, a High Value male is a commodity.

Pick up your tools and reap what you sow!
