@RedditUserShame

What is the reason in India? Simping or women are a majority?

Its a practical reason. If a child is born someone has to pay for it. You can't dispose the baby. Funds for orphanages & govt homes are (perhaps artifically) strained. So the poor chump who signed the birth certificate must pay. Can't force the woman to pay, at least not immediately after birth. But many woman do raise their children by themselves so I can't tell you the exact reasons until I go through the law and look at some cases that set precedents.

I don't understand the rest of what you wrote.

@Typo-MAGAshiv Don't care if you approve of either of us. Just get them out of my city!

@lurkerhasarisen Sad. Same here in India. The courts weaseled their way out of explaining why paternity tests requires mother's consent and court order (i'm not sure of the specifics, this is what it seems like from what i've read) by saying that they are "protecting the child's privacy" BWAAHHAHHA. Maybe the stuation has changed now. Not sure.

@Lone_Ranger How are they influential? Is the extent of their influence their husband's ear?

@Lone_Ranger Well some catholics say that a foreign corrupt body has infiltrated their church. That foreign body does the crimes. True catholics would never do that.

@lurkerhasarisen I'm sure they have the perfect medical answer. The baby requires milk from its own mother to boost immunity, while paternal care isn't immediately important, or something like this.

@Typo-MAGAshiv turn off is an understatement. They have bought people off, siphon funds into conversion rallies, etc. I don't have ready proof of this but I know its been happening the last 15 years where I live.

That, and they're idolaters, praying to saints and the Virgin Mary.

Oof then you obviously don't approve of me. Something most of you don't know is that Sanatan Dharm (or Hinduism) is both monotheistic and polytheistic at the same time. The monotheistic path involves reading scripture, giving up the world and attaining knowledge of God. The polytheistic path involves many deities and idols because it is the path of devotion, ritual and worship. It is thought that such a path requires an object of worship, and this path too leads to the same God. Obviously very few follow the path of the ascetic. Most now follow the polytheistic path, which is what you see.

@Typo-MAGAshiv Yes. Most churches here are catholic, though I have seen the odd methodist and syrian church.

@Typo-MAGAshiv No. I'm not a christian at all and I don't like all the chruches, missionaries and coversions here.

@deeplydisturbed I read a story on reddit a month ago about this. Baby doesn't look like father. Father gets paternity test. Baby isn't his. Almost ready to divorce. Maternity test shows that the baby isn't her's either.
