@Fawk_Face I already done it, several times. I just can't maintain it for more than 2 weeks, is useless. The food is on point, i'm coming from 150kg, so i know everything about macros, insulin spikes, foods etc.. I can grow more muscle, but looking for more definition and i'm starting to realize that even if i succeed at the diet for months (very unlikely) i will not have a very thin paper skin of loose skin due the fact that ALL the fat in my body is stored there.
Toughs on abdominoplasty? I have low belly loose skin with fat, like a fanny pack. it can't be seen from dressed standing, but sitting is another story. naked is not nice either. from loosing a lot of weight (now at 75kg with 1.80mt). Reasons to do it: i want some visible six pack. but my metabolism is shit and i need to go into a 1K cals/day that kills me to even try it (and i will still have the loose skin). i don't think i can lower more than to 70kg and maybe that is not enough. Things that worries me: 1) scar (i believe that like it's going below the waist line, if that's the case, is fine). 2) i have some love handles, i saw that people who had the surgery, they start putting fat on other places. if they go there, i'm in trouble. Maybe abdominoplasty and lipo for the love handles then just a normal maintenance diet? opinions?

On the possible direct relation between the emotional intelligence influenced by their academic formation could actually make some women to not be prey of their most primal directives (in the same way religion was a limiter in the past). The closer a women is to logic in their day to day life, could be less affected their decision on feelings and desires. I don't think is a good enough to produce an unicorn. i know very intelligent girls that their profession didn't had a good effect on their emotional intelligence and they only go for the alpha jerk every weekend. I also know women that are logical in every aspect of their life that could restrain themselves, but in the end, sooner or later, they went to the same path as any other. and value men with the same rules after that. For now i believe it improves the chances of having a better understanding whiteout so much game, but not to let your guard down at all.
Read More@adam-l totally agree. but in my particular case, this 2 times is the only times i have ever felt like that, desired, wanted etc.. (even if it's was a lie in the end) so that's why the sensation is so good and addicted for now.

Well,.it's friends for intimacy, women for sex. Attraction does feel good, but after seeing it fizzle out several times, you get a somewhat detached feeling about it. I'm trying to say, it's overrated anyway. In friends, though, you can invest.

@destraht that sound awuful. typescript is mostly for long term development consistency in big projects why you avoid data mistypes on the logic side. nothing to do with security by itself. We use JSON for anything we move out and in the server. if it comes from internet / user, everything is escaped and verified the content format / expected. We made a video editor in the web, so you know that even in this complex scale, we can do it perfectly fine.
