@Chantfire ahaha well tbh I’ve now had surgery on both my shoulders. They popped out playing rugby freshman year of college; right kept dislocating I had surgery on it in 2018. Took a lot of time off from gym after that. Left was chilling until summer 2022 then dislocated underwater while swimming. Popped out like 20 times more until the surgery in may haha

@Chantfire I’ve been lifting since I was 13 lmao my form is pretty solid. Rn only major issue is my recovery from shoulder surgery; everything’s working great except for my bicep. Shit hurts my shoulder like a mother fucker whenever I try to do any variation of preacher curls unless it’s really light like 12.5lb dumbells or the ez bar w no weights attached

@Chantfire interesting. I eat like 2 eggs (pasture raised from farmers market) + wildcaught tuna n salmon daily though

@Kloi tbh I cut out weed for exactly that reason haha haven’t touched it in like almost 3 months now.

Want to start test to give myself a slight jumpstart on gainz; had shoulder surgery in may and I’ve gotten back into everything pretty well. Hit prs on back, leg, and ab lifts. Triceps are catching up well but shoulders lagging hard and my left bicep (had surgery on left shoulder) still makes it hurt like a motherfucker whenever I try to do preacher curls.

Diet, sleep, and lifts (aside from curls/shoulders) are all pretty locked in. Doing PPL x2/week plus cardio and swims every now n then

@Vermillion-Rx I take tongkat, forskali, ashwaganda, Maca powder, and ofc like boron, zinc, magnesium etc

@Vermillion-Rx idk from my research so far like a small dose shouldn’t really have that many bad long term effects. The way I see it is if I’m only doing it for like a month… how could that possibly permanently damage me for the rest of my life ya feel?

@Vermillion-Rx not trying to run like tren or dbol or anything like that. Just a mild dose of good ol’ testosterone for a short period of time
